New Moon phase:
This is the time when the body is most ready to cleanse and be rid of bacteria and toxins.
It is helpful to reduce meal size. Sometimes animals even go on self-imposed “hunger-
strikes” in a new moon or in days close to the new moon..

Waxing Crescent phase:
This is when the Moon starts "to grow". During the “growing” Moon, everything consumed
by the body has a maximum influence, so this is the time to provide beneficial ingredients
like vitamins, minerals and special nutrition to help strengthen your pet’s health. It is best
to avoid activity during this time, since this is when organisms are building vital energy.

Full moon:
Animals feel the influence of the Moon very strongly during this period. The nervous
system is vulnerable and surgeries are badly tolerated. In the wild, female animals usually
give birth to cubs during the Full moon or close to it.
If it is not urgent, it is better to postpone a surgery or significant medical treatment since
wounds may heal slowly and bleed, and various complications are possible.

Waning Gibbous phase:
During the “decreasing” Moon – medical treatment goes much more successfully than
during other times. Animals discharge unnecessary substances and weight gains are
slower than in other phases of the Moon. At this time, bathing and cleansing products are
most effective.  The use of soaps, shampoos, conditioners, anti-parasitic preparations,
and treatments against harmful substances are most effective. Energy is free-flowing and
evenly distributed so play and other physical activities are useful in reasonable limits.
